Refund policy
Contact us within 10 days of receipt of your items with any issues you may have.
If an item arrives with any defects or is not in the condition described on our website, we will pay for you to return it to us and you will receive a full refund.
If an item arrives damaged, you will receive a full refund once a claim has been opened with the carrier.
If an item arrives as described but you want to return it, you will need to pay to ship it back to us. Refund will be given when the item arrives back to us in the same condition as when we sent it out minus our outbound shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
